With life getting so stressful lately (and my poor eating habits) I feel sluggish and as though I’ve put on a few pounds. So today I started not a diet per say, but a more conscious awareness of what I am putting into my body and when I do it. I’m also giving a go at Yoga, and plan on spending even more time on being outdoors and taking walks. I’m already feeling 10x better than I have in days.
